May 25, 2019 - It was just over 3 years ago that we started NO Soundbites Allowed. One of our first supporters, and the first interviewee, was Dr. Giovanni Scaringi. A Binghamton City Councilman, professor at SUNY Broome and Binghamton University, and friend, he gladly returned for our 200th episode over the Memorial Day Weekend. We discussed Avengers Endgame and Game of Thrones. Then we got serious, talking about ethics in Government, the Electoral College, and importance of Memorial Day as we as the Constitution. Please join our conversation, add your thoughts, and share.

Back from CPAC 2019, and we pick up with our weekly Facebook Live direct discussion with the public. We talked with the public about the decades old issue of Congressional Plagiarism, the negative impact of Red Flag and gun control laws on women defending themselves. We got a lot of input from listeners on Facebook. Plus some insight from a college-age Republican on the challenge for young and old Republicans working together. Check it out, Share if you like it. February 9, 2019 - There is perhaps nothing more frustrating that actually reading a proposed legislation and realizing no one involved asked a simple question. IF you can't use fossil fuels to run a cargo ship, and solar/wind/geothermal won't work, how do you trade with the world? How is climate change responsible for women being paid less than men? How can joining a Union reduce greenhouse gas? Why won't the Government track the number of kids removed from families as a result of Red Flag laws? Just a lot of questions, no other media will ask and no politician will volunteer - thus our rant shared with the public via Facebook Live.

Our Saturday Facebook Live Simulcast kicks off with serious questions. Is New York a viable State to live in? Can non-Progressives enjoy being here? Have any of the laws passed in January 2019 been a boon to the residents and citizens? We speak directly with the public to find out. Plus we put out a poll asking women in NY, do you feel safer now than before 2019.

Binghamton NY, Jan. 12, 2019 - An exciting and emotional simulcast via Facebook Live. We address the active lies of Sen. Dianne Feinstein as she seeks to prevent the public from exercising the 2nd Amendment. Then there is the lie of Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, barely 60 days after her promise to serve a full term. Add in the actions of NY State, and the rush to enter the 2020 election, and it was quite the program with the public.

In the 3rd week of a Government shutdown over 0.01% of Federal spending, which has cost as much as the disputed amount, we look at the battle of principles that will cost more no matter who wins. Ffrom there we investigate the priorities of Congress and New York State - and if they will help or hurt constituents. Finally we delve into prediction mode to understand the seeds of an election campaign. All of it live to a Facebook audience.

Voted Democrat? Or Libertarian? Didn't vote at all? Doesn't matter. Don't own a firearm, or even if you hate them, you still can be punished by the law. Just because of your social media.

The ramifications start with invading your privacy, then it's worse than you imagine. You, and your mom could be charged with child pornography. You could be charged with underage drinking. You could be labeled a Nazi. Just a few things that could happen that we discuss in the Facebook Live simulcast.

But the Government would never abuse its power like that, you say. Corruption like that could never happen, not in New York State, you say. No conspiracy, just facts and logical consequences major media and politicians don't want you to think about. Feel free to comment.

This is the 18th Saturday Facebook Live simulcast, where we speak directly to the public, and the topic is how the Brett Kavanaugh confimation vote - and the nomination circus - is affecting the 2018 mid-term election and setting the stage for 2020. Who will be the candidates, what platform will they run on? Why are Democrat leadership in a panic? How will the new precedents affect you? We attempt to address all this with our live audience in this simulcast.

In a direct conversation with the public, we delve into the Senate Judiciary Hearings on the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh by Christine Ford. What are the inconsistencies in testimony? Do they matter? How is this affecting America? Do you believe her, him, or both? Is your belief based on facts, gender, or political preference?

We start this simulcast podcast via Facebook Live a little later than normal due to coverage of Congresswoman Claudia Tenney at the Greater Binghamton Sports Center. But we get to a full run almost immediately, addressing the national issue of Professor Ford and her allegation of sexual assault by Judge Kavanaugh 35 years ago. An issue clouded by emotion, but at its core a political abuse that only serves to damage all Americans. Please share this, especially the call for all those who have suffered a sexual assault to come forward, so justice can stand by them. There is a lot in this episode, an you may be surprised.

In our 15th weekly Saturday conversation directly with the public, we covered a bit of ground on all the different formats that our speech is being censored and compelled - just not in those words. From blocking commercials to hiding Republican and Conservative users, we discuss how this negatively impacts all voters, even Democrats and the Far Left. We also talk a bit about the Primaries, and the NY Air Show.

We start with a recap of the week. The visit by Julie Killian, Lt. Gov. candidate. The press conference and town hall of Marc Molinaro. Plus the speech in Vestal on Red Flag legislation pending this fall. But er go beyond that to discuss how America is great, and how policies of Gov. Cuomo and others detract from that greatness. Your comments are welcome.

"That is the dumbest thing you can say as a politician. That’s like closing your speech with, ‘Apple pie sucks, I’m lukewarm on the troops and those stripes make the American flag look fat! Thank you, I hate my mother.’” — STEPHEN COLBERT

In our unofficial 100th episode (we are actually over that number of podcasts) we take questions from the public directly on the latest of the week. We discuss the first-hand experience of greeting President Trump in Utica and the feeling of the anti-Trump pro-Brindisi protest. From there we talk about Progressive Leaders of Tomorrow (PLOT) and thier far left actions plus how this ties into the explicit call for support of violence against beliefs that CNN's Chris Cuomo does not like. Of course this brings us to Gov. Andrew Cuomo (the brother of Chris) and his very public revelation that he thinks America, and all it's freedoms that have elevated his family, has never been great. It's a pretty intense podcast, perfect for the unofficial 100th episode. Listen in, share and comment please.

Our weekly conversation directly with the public via Facebook Live (when Facebook censors don't interupt) on the issues and topics affecting us all. This week it included the responses from all 3 Assemblymembers we spoke to about the Red Flag legislation they voted for - and how it can affect you and your family. We reviewed the recent poll on Gov. Cuomo - even though he is surrounded by corruption. Wed touched on politicians need to "do something" versus having a plan and doing the right thing - and how this applies to Pres. Trump. Plus a lot of other topics and issues. Feel free to add your comments.

A robust discussion with the public on several issues local and national. We start with a surprising and generally rejected potential candidate for the Broome County Sheriff race. After covering what the potential impact a social justice warrior could have on the local community, we move on to a unique event. House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Nunes will be joining NY-22 Rep. Claudia Tenney in Binghamton on July 15th - but sources have indicated that the Far Left plans to import protestors to oppose the event. One part of the protestors rumored to appear is Antifa - and the consequence of this hate group is considered. We also cover the amazing flipflop and potential admission of manipulation in how HR 6361 has been offered to be voted on, but the Democrats that made the Bill to abolish ICE have now said they will reject their own Bill. You can't make this up. Plus a few more tidbits along the way on Anthony Brindisi and Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Listen and share.

For this Facebook Live simulcast we addressed the consequences of a second civil war in America. Going beyond no only what has led to this potential action. Delving into the ramifications of what may happen if such a civil war occured, the international impact. Its a serious conversation on a somber subject.

In another simulcast via Facebook Live, we again seemed to have help keep Facebook censors employed. With Felicia Mitchell in our studio, we spoke to the public on Facebook about the Supreme Court, the Red Hen restaurant, illegal alien child separation at the border, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Affirmative Action, the potential of a civil war in the future and poll on millenials preferring Socialism and Communism. We covered a lot of ground.

We spoke live with public on Facebook and discussed the Red Flag Bills being proposed in New York State by Governor Cuomo. What are they? What is the promise from politicians? What is the reality in law? How badly will Rights and freedoms be curtailed for the illusion of safety? What can the public do about it? We address all of it in this episode. Please share this - and most of all contact your State Senator and ask them to vote NO.
